John Dunstan is a Derbyshire born man who is passionate about promoting real Derbyshire food

John completed his two year pastry chef course at Clarendon College , Nottingham in July 2007. He was voted "Pastry Chef of the Year" by the College.John varies his time between Australia and Europe, and travels regularly to refresh his ideas about life, food and how to enjoy it.

Besides cooking, John enjoys motorcycling, snowboarding, hiking and visiting the outer islands of the Bahamas with his inflatable kayak. He also enjoys playing the guitar in the style of John Fahey and Mississippi John Hurt, and plans on studying the guitar styles of American blues and folk artists in Chicago at The Old Town School f Folk Music and at The Merle Travis Music Centre in Powderly, Kentucky.
John will be researching his new book "Tangled up in the Blues" in Kentucky in 2014 and it will be published also on in early 2015
